How do I claim the scripts I have purchased?

Once you have purchased scripts, they will be automatically added to your FiveM Keymaster. Please note that this process may take up to 15 minutes to complete. Please keep in mind that the script delivery time may vary depending on the server load and any technical issues that may arise. We appreciate your patience during this process, and our team will do their best to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your purchased scripts.

What payment methods do you accept?

At Tebex, we offer multiple payment methods. If your preferred option isn't available, open a ticket on our Discord server and we'll find a solution for you.

Is there any chance for a discount/partnership?

We offer elaborate partnership programs for established FiveM servers. To learn more about our partnership opportunities, please contact us via Discord.

Do you have any scripts for QBCore based or RageMP/alt:V Servers?

We specialize in services for ESX-based FiveM servers and do not offer scripts for QBCore based or RageMP/alt:V servers.

Do you offer invoices / are you a registered company?

5d-scripts is a registered small business based in Germany. As such, we are fully capable of providing invoices to our clients.

How many developers do you have and what are their experiences?

Our development team consists of one CS undergraduate with two years of experience in FiveM script development. He has worked on numerous projects in the industry, ranging from emerging startups to established servers with up to 200 players.

How long can I expect support services?

If you have legally purchased one of our products, we will provide support as long as we are operational, even if the product is removed from our assortment in the future. Our goal is to respond to all support inquiries on the same day.
